Diamond Size Shit Show: Live for an Audience of Nobody

After a depressingly-long hiatus, we got together and played a show for Matt's downstairs neighbors in San Francisco.  Put this on really loud on the next floor up to recreate the experience.  Or just listen to it on your own.  Beware of headphones.

We have been BUSY (Part II)

Just a reminder that this blog is one of many ways of getting to us.  You can also find us on Soundcloud.  And, as always, if you want to throw wads of cash at us, let us know and we'll arrange something.

Please throw wads of cash at us.

We have been BUSY.

(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay (Otis Redding cover)

A lo-fi cover of the song Otis Redding recorded three days before his death in 1967.

But I Still Bit The Line

The very best song that Matt has written to date.

Also, we would like to thank a surprising number of Miguel's family members for their help with this song: His Grandpa, whose accordion we used, and his sister Nina who did some rockin' backup vocals.

This Is The Best It'll Ever Be

We got up in the morning, had breakfast, and spontaneously wrote and recorded this song.

Heart in your Windpipe

A long, long time ago, at a drummer's house far far (kind of close) away, there was a little band called Satan Fish. They wrote a song called "Tokyo-A-Go-Go." It was terrible. Years later, two of those men would join forces with an awesome bassist and revive the song, minus the trite lyrics and with the addition of a few extra years worth of talent and technical know-how.

Fun fact: When Miguel first got an electric guitar, he wrote the rhythm guitar riff that would later form the basis of this song the moment he first held it in his hands. Also, Matt's lead guitar part used to be the bassline. Be sure to check out that solo, it's a real face-melter.

Won't Wait

Lots of pain and suffering and snacks went into the making of this song. Then we walked around Forestville at 3 in the morning just to take a break from being awesome.

The Lips The Lace

Miguel shares some dreams of his as we all take a trip to 9/8 land. Also, rain.
